Laundry House is a family owned and run business with a team of enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable hands in areas ranging from technical dry cleaning & finishing skills to business and management skills required to ensure our services are well differentiated within the industry. The design and implementation of our processes is centered around ensuring exceptionally high standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The business operations started in 2011.

LOCATION

Our head office is on the 1st and 2nd floors of Gold Crest Plaza (by Mega Chicken), Km 14 Lekki Expressway and we have a branch at 19 Ribadu Road Ikoyi, Lagos and an Estate Collection Centre at Royal Gardens Estate, Facilities Building, Ajah, Lekki Expressway.

SERVICES

 

We are the only Dry Cleaning Company with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and needs; consequently, we have over the years designed Services to appeal to different segments of the market and varying needs.

 

  1. Our VIP, exclusive Dry Cleaning Service, DRY CLEAN Pro is recommended for all articles of high value, delicates and garments for professional dry clean only. The level of stain removal and attention to detail here is unrivalled and garments are hand finished to perfection and packaged delicately to ensure the integrity of the finish is not compromised in transit and in storage.

 

  1. Our VALUE CLEAN Service is ideal for those who want to do away with the frills and want a standard cleaning (Dry Clean or Wet Clean) service with basic packaging. Terms & Conditions Apply.

 

  1. Our most popular Service yet is our WashAMan Service for washing and pressing bulk items at a single fee.No more Wash-Man Stress! Now you can clean more for Less! Bundles are 30 items, 60 items and 100 items. Terms & Conditions Apply.

 

 

  1. Our Fine Shirt Service (5 Shirt Service and 10 Shirt Service) is suited for professionals with benefits for savings when you batch items together. Terms & Conditions Apply.

 

  1. Specialist Cleaning – Rug, Drapes ,Curtains, Upholstery Cleaning, Shoes, Bags, Leather and Suede Cleaning.

 

  1. Repairs & Alterations – Our experienced Tailoring Team help customers satisfactorily with repairs and/or amendments needed on garments and general tailoring Services. We have worked with schools, businesses, Groups, Societies to design and produce costumes for Plays, Uniforms, Aso Ebi and Events.

  1. Daily Van Service – We have a fleet of vans and vehicles that provide daily pick-up and delivery services to individuals, businesses and residential estates daily.

PICK-UP AND/OR DELIVERY

We have a fleet of vans and vehicles with trained uniformed staff who provide daily pick-up and delivery services to customers in their homes, residential estates, offices, hotels and businesses.

No, you don't need to be; you may leave your garments with a representative and give us any useful numbers. We will collect your items, record them on a Waybill, a copy of which will be handed to your representative and you will subsequently receive an Order email with details of your Order and Payment Information
 
 
Yes, you may; simply advise us at pick-up or before your order is due for delivery of your delivery address and this will be updated for you.
 
 
No, you don’t need to. Laundry House provides branded Laundry bags of varying sizes and colours which will be used to store your garments from collection from you back to our facility.
 
 
Our cycle takes on average 1 to 5 days between Pick-up and Delivery. We process Express Orders (at an additional cost) and can deliver same day if required.
 
 
Our Van and uniformed staff will be with you on the prearranged day. Collect, Count and record all items received in a Waybill, a copy of which will be given to you. Back at our facility, your items will be booked, with an allocated delivery date. Our Customer Service Team will email you with your Order, Payment and Delivery details. You will need to note and save your delivery date once this email has been sent to you. Payment is expected upon receipt of this email. Orders are only processed on delivery day if a payment confirmation has been received from our accounts department 48hours before your delivery date. Additional Van charges apply for re-delivery and orders of N15,000 and below. On Delivery day, our Van Team will head to you with your items on hangers and/or folded. You should get any new set of dirty garments you want to hand to us ready!
 
 

PRICES

Yes, given our experience, we recognise that people have different budgets and sometimes people simply want to spend less to clean certain low value and everyday items. We have graded Services to allow customer choose which meets their needs and their budget. Simply click on Prices to view all our Service prices.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm (Monday-Friday) and 9am-5pm (Saturday)
 
 

PAYMENT

For all Prepaid Services and other Services, you may make payment via POS, Bank transfer and Cash payments (in-store only). Payments for all our Services are due at the time of booking; orders will not be processed for delivery without a payment confirmation from our accounts department at least 4hours before your delivery date.
